Shipping & Returns

With the exception of printed materials and backup CDs, purchases from this website will be sent in the form of an email, which will contain a download link with accompanying serial and activation codes. If you require boxed versions of the software, please contact us.

Order confirmation emails, containing links and codes, will normally be sent within 1 working hour of purchase, but may take a little longer - Please allow 48 working hours (9am-5pm UK time, Monday to Friday) before contacting us regarding missing orders.

Printed materials and backup CDs will be dispatched within 48 working hours of order receipt and sent via UK Royal Mail, 2nd Class postage.

Due to trading agreements, orders from outside the UK may be referred to local resellers. We will notify you immediately if this is the case.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Software Paradise, please email returns@paulthecad.co.uk, explaining your reasons. We will then contact you to discuss further.
